QS Vending provides the cold drink hardware, professional installation, and a fully managed restocking service at zero cost to your business. We earn our keep through the drinks sold, which means we are personally incentivized to keep your machine stocked with the brands your team loves.
What kind of drinks can we include in our machine?
We provide “The Full Lot.” From chilled water and classic sodas to high-performance energy drinks for gyms and “Brain Food” electrolyte hydration for offices. Because of our V-Flex internal layouts, QS Vending can customize the shelf heights to fit everything from slim cans to 500ml sports bottles, ensuring your specific workforce is perfectly fueled.
How do you ensure the drinks are always ice-cold?
We use industry-leading cooling technology. Our machines feature precision temperature control to ensure every bottle and can is served at the perfect chill. Despite the high performance, QS Vending prioritizes energy efficiency; our machines are Energy Class C rated, using eco-friendly R290 cooling gas to keep your drinks cold and your energy bills low.
How does QS Vending know when the machine is running low?
We use Live Telemetry—it’s our 24/7 eye on your stock levels. Every time a drink is purchased, our Dublin-based hub is updated. When a specific brand starts running thin, QS Vending receives an alert to restock. You’ll never have to call us to tell us the machine is empty; we’re already on our way.
Can our team pay using contactless cards or mobile phones?
