How do you handle high-traffic areas like University libraries?
We use Live Telemetry to watch stock levels in real-time. If a library machine is selling out of “Study Fuel” during exam season, our Dublin team is alerted immediately to restock, ensuring the machine is Always Open and properly sorted.
Who is responsible for cleaning and maintenance?
We handle the lot. As part of our managed service, we perform regular hygiene checks and deep cleans. If a technical issue pops up, we’re on-site fast to fix it so there is Less Hassle for your facilities team.
